Who Is the Man of the Shroud?

August 15 @ 10:00 am August 16 @ 6:00 pm

The Shroud of Turin has been venerated for centuries as the actual burial cloth of Jesus and is widely considered to be the most studied object in the world. You are invited to explore faith, science, scripture and hope in this new and completely updated exhibit on the Shroud. The exhibit will be open and on display at St. Thomas the Apostle Parish in Long Beach the weekend of August 15 and 16 during the following hours:

Sat 8/15 exhibit open 1000 am – 600 pm

Sun 8/16 exhibit open 0900 am – 600pm

The exhibit is a self-guided tour with video, information stations, and physical exhibits.  A content expert will be on hand to answer questions to all attendees.

We may have an opportunity to provide a presentation to high school-aged group(s) interested if a specific time slot can be scheduled in advance.

The exhibit is privately owned through Orthonia, which was represented at the 10th National Eucharistic Congress held in Indianapolis in 2024. Please visit the Orthonia website (https://othonia.org/) for more information.
