Walder Answer Museum Crosswalk – St. Alphonsus
| St. Alphonsus’ partnership with the Walter Anderson Museum of Art continues to yield fruit. A crew from Ocean Springs Public Works came to install the crosswalk art that students selected. With guidance from Julian Rankin and Mattie Codling from WAMA, students from Mrs. Gammon’s 6th Grade class arranged the various space-themed elements on the crosswalk. After the newly painted and decorated crosswalk had dried and cooled, the 6th graders were the first to walk across it. STAL is proud to provide Ocean Springs with a new piece of community art that will be enjoyed by both visitors and families alike. |
