Strong Fathers, Strong Families

On Saturday, March 28 from 8:00–10:00 AM, Our Lady of the Gulf will be hosting “Strong Fathers, Strong Families: Navigating a Digital World with Clarity, Courage, and Faith.” This event is specifically for fathers and will focus on the challenges families face today with social media, pornography, and digital culture.
We are honored to have a panel of speakers who bring both pastoral and professional insight:
- Fr. Mike O’Connor – Pastor at Our Lady of the Gulf
- Judge Desmond Hoda – Justice Court Judge, Hancock County
- Chris Daniel – Assistant District Attorney for Hancock, Harrison, and Stone Counties
- David Allen – Field Supervisor of the Cyber Crime Division, Attorney General’s Office
These men work on the front lines of the legal and digital realities affecting families today and will be sharing practical guidance and encouragement for fathers navigating these challenges.
A light breakfast will be served, and the event will include resources that fathers can take home to help lead their families with confidence and faith in the digital age.
