Saint Stanislaus is partnering with the Biloxi Shuckers to host a special one-day camp at Keesler Federal Park on Tuesday\, July 21. The Morning Skills Camp (ages 6–10) runs 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and the Afternoon Hitting Camp (ages 8–14) runs 1:00 to 4:00 PM — each just $25\, or $49 for both. A free pizza lunch is included for campers attending both sessions\, and every registered camper receives a complimentary ticket to Saint Stanislaus Night at the Shuckers on August 15. SUMMARY:St. Dominic Church Invites Men to Experience Emmaus Retreat Weekend
DESCRIPTION:NEW ORLEANS — St. Dominic Church is inviting men ages 18 and older to deepen their faith and encounter Christ through the St. Dominic Men’s Emmaus Retreat\, scheduled for July 24–26\, 2026. \n\n\n\nInspired by the Gospel story of “The Road to Emmaus” (Luke 24:13-35)\, the retreat offers participants an opportunity to walk with Jesus through prayer\, fellowship\, reflection and the sacraments. \n\n\n\nIn the Gospel account\, two disciples encounter the risen Christ while traveling to Emmaus: \n\n\n\n“Were not our hearts burning within us while he talked with us on the road and opened the Scriptures to us?” (Luke 24:32) \n\n\n\nOrganizers say the retreat is designed to help men renew their relationship with God and strengthen their faith journey alongside other Catholic men. \n\n\n\nAll men — parishioners and non-parishioners alike — are welcome to attend. \n\n\n\nThe retreat begins at 4 p.m. Friday\, July 24\, at St. Dominic Church\, 775 Harrison Ave.\, New Orleans\, Louisiana\, and concludes after the 5:30 p.m. Mass on Sunday\, July 26\, back at St. Dominic Church. \n\n\n\nThe retreat will be held at the W.J. Kelley Retreat Center in Bay St. Louis\, Mississippi.
