DESCRIPTION:St. Peter the Apostle  Catholic Church\, Pascagoula\, will be hosting their annual Silent Auction Sat.\, Dec. 13\, 6:30-11 p.m.\, at the John & Gertrude Delmas Activity Center\, 1138 Martin St. (the RCS school gym on Sacred Heart Parish property). There will be the silent auction\, 50/50 raffle\, door prizes\, food\, and so much more. All attendees are encouraged to wear WESTERN attire. Cost is $50 per person\, $400 to reserve a table for family & friends (8 people were table). Must be 21 or older to attend. It is peer guided and peer given by a Diocesan youth and adult team.WHAT GOES ON?On a SEARCH weekend there is sharing by the community members\, songs\, prayer\, small group discussions\, Adoration\, Eucharist\, Reconciliation\, quiet time and a great fellowship between you and your “new” friends.WHEN DOES IT START?Weekend usually begin on Friday evenings around 7:30 p.m. and ends Sunday afternoon 4 p.m.WHERE IS IT HELD?The SEARCH weekend will be held at Sacred Heart Retreat Center in Dedeaux.WHO CAN COME?The SEARCH weekend is designed for high school teens (grades 11-12). Applications will be accepted according to grade levels with SENIORS having first priority. We will accept up to 45 participants for each weekend\, and up to 3 to 4 people from each parish.HOW MUCH?Fee for the weekend is $100.00 This fee includes sleeping quarters\, meals\, and all the materials for the weekend. A non-refundable $50.00 deposit is required with all applications. DON’T LET THE COST BE A DECIDING FACTOR!! DESCRIPTION:Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church in Pass Christian is a small but high energy\, spirit filled Catholic Church. It has been serving the community of Pass Christian for over 114 years. Under the direction of Pastor Fr. Rofinas Jas\, the church offers a variety of programs to enhance the Catholic presence on the Gulf Coast but is now embarking on an international effort. \n\n\n\nOur Mother of Mercy is supporting a Catholic Church being built in Indonesia\, his home country. 87% of the population of Indonesia is Muslim\, so the Catholic presence is extremely important. The Church is moving forward\, and construction has begun in earnest. In order continue bringing the Catholic presence to this country\, Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church adopted the Catholic Church\, Saint Catherine’s\, as it’s sister Church. \n\n\n\nIn order to keep funding for this project moving forward\, Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church is sponsoring a “Drawdown raffle”\, with ALL the proceeds being contributed to the construction of Saint Catherine’s Catholic Church. DESCRIPTION:All are invited to join us for our First Saturday Devotion at St. Mary Church inWoolmarket on Saturday\, February 7.  We will begin the Devotion with the Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament at 8:30 a.m.\, followed by the praying of the Scriptural Rosary at 9:00.  During this time\, Confession will be available.
